Assessment

We need to break the content of our sessions into different areas, in the right order to ensure we understand each other and the coach/student working relationship is established.  It is important to obtain the evidence and assess where the student is at the precise time and what needs to be done to make the improvements long term.

The evidence is gained via visual, video, discussion and Sam Lab data – this is so important and long term.  Identify the priority of where we work and how we work.

We decide on our agreed Aims, Intentions, Goal’s, Target’s and set the work ethics.
